Eligibility Criteria :    

• Educational Qualification :
  
• For Public Health Nurse : Senior School certificate Examination or equivalent. Diploma in general Nursing & Midwifery or B.Sc Degree from recognized university.
  
• For Nurse : Matriculation or Equivalent. B.Sc nursing or Diploma in General Nursing/ Medical & Surgical Nursing.
• For Medical Officer : MBBS or Equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
  
• For Opthalmic Assistant : Senior School certificate Examination or equivalent. Diploma in Opthalmic Assistant Course
